By accessing this website, submitting a form, calling the school, requesting admissions information, or using any Lone Star Truck Driving Academy online resource, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website. Lone Star Truck Driving Academy may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.

Program and Admissions Information

Program descriptions, schedules, tuition references, funding information, class availability, admissions steps, and career support details are provided for general information and may change. Students should rely on current school catalog information, enrollment documents, admissions communications, and applicable regulatory disclosures when making enrollment decisions.

Lone Star Truck Driving Academy may provide career support and employer connection resources, but completion of training does not guarantee licensing, testing outcomes, employment, wages, endorsements, or job placement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, page layouts, graphics, logos, trademarks, photos, videos, forms, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Lone Star Truck Driving Academy. Visitors may view pages for personal, informational, admissions, or student support purposes.

Student Complaints and Grievance Procedure

This section summarizes the Texas grievance process. Greensboro students should use the separate Greensboro Terms and Grievance Policy because Greensboro uses North Carolina complaint notice information.

School Grievance Procedure

Complaints are defined as student concerns regarding school programs, services, or staff. A student who has a concern about a school-related issue is encouraged to schedule a conference with the school director to seek resolution.

If an issue is not resolved to the student's satisfaction through the conference, the student may file a formal written complaint with the school director. The school director will formally investigate the complaint, take appropriate action, and provide a written response to the student by the 10th business day after the day the formal written complaint is received by a member of the school faculty or staff.

A conference with the director is not required before a student files a formal complaint.

Texas Workforce Commission Complaint Information

For Texas students, students dissatisfied with the school's response to their complaint, or students who are not able to file a complaint with the school, may file a formal complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission Career Schools and Colleges department, as well as any other relevant agency or accreditor if applicable.

Events Outside Our Control

Lone Star Truck Driving Academy is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, power outages, technology failures, government action, public health events, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
